As a parent, I’ve learned that for every question you have, the internet has approximately one million answers.
I love social media like Reddit, Instagram and TikTok for their wealth of unbiased reviews and very feedback. So I spent a few hours combing through these platforms to see what parents of 2026 have to say. I specifically wanted to know: what is the internet’s favorite diaper? It’s safe to say I learned A LOT.

1. The Huggies vs Pampers Debate is Still Going Strong
Huggies and Pampers are two of the oldest diaper brands out there. And people have thoughts!
2. It’s All About Trial and Error
Many families prioritize testing several diaper brands, especially in the newborn days (I love the tip about ordering the Babylist sample box).
3. Coterie Stands Out
There were a lot of comments comparing Coterie to other brands. Many ultimately crowned Coterie as their favorite based on its superior absorbency and feel. This wasn’t a surprise to me – Coterie is the quickest absorbing diaper I tested, and holds over 16 oz of liquid.
4. Kirkland Gets Some Love but Also Has Issues
Though there are plenty of Kirkland (Costco) diaper fans out there, it seems they made a manufacturing switch about a year ago, and not everyone is loving it. I personally moved away from Kirkland brand with my first, after learning more about diaper ingredient safety (Coterie has been my go-to ever since)!
5. Millie Moon Has Mixed Reviews

Coterie Comes Out On Top
Nearly every Reddit thread and Instagram post I came across mentioned Coterie’s superior performance. The deeper I got, the more Coterie praise I found.
